Panorama Towers
The first Eurovea City residential towers‘ overwhelming success was proven by being awarded Building of the Year 2016. A welcome addition to Bratislava’s waterfront profile, the towers have beautiful city views – and provide convenient business space and comfortable residences. This urban area is complemented by a green park, retail spaces, restaurants, and additional services.
Ganz House
This multifunctional building will be ideally located in the thriving heart of the new urban zone. This architecturally-noteworthy project will offer desirable residences with exclusive castle views, as well as higher-standard office space near the Danube promenade – directly on the city’s new Pribinova boulevard. Eurovea Riverside
Eurovea’s popular promenade apartment building will soon be complemented by the sister Riverside project – which by seamlessly connecting to the present building will continue the Danube‘s attractive urban look. Riverside will have 96 new apartments with clear views of the river’s tranquil flow.
The architecture of the new part - following the original Eurovea project – will reflect the river’s aesthetic. The facade‘s link with the current apartment building will provide architectural continuity while enhancing residential experience.
Eurovea Tower
Landmark projects are defined by landmark buildings: introducing the 168-metre Eurovea Tower – Slovakia’s first true skyscraper. The city’s panorama will be stylishly complemented by this elegant construction with graceful curves – highlighted by day with light reflecting on the façade, and strikingly illuminated by night.
Eurovea Tower‘s 45 floors will have 389 residences – including 20 luxury apartments and maisonettes. The awe-inspiring building will have unique views across the city, higher-standard fittings, exclusive lobby, retail spaces, and internal access to shopping and car parking.
